That’s a tough one, but I would go to a reputable lawyer near you. It might help to find others who have the same concerns. Good luck, Cliff.

One thing I’m learning more and more is that the charter school does not really care about these kids. I have been advocating on behalf of my son and other kids and what the school decided to do is serve me with a no trespassing notice because I’m speaking up about the unfair treatment these kids are receiving one is that they claimed that they have rules and regulations, but they pick who they want to hold to the rules and regulation they sell alcohol on school grounds, and the police did nothing. Teacher took my son off of school premises without my permission, and nobody seems to think that’s is an issue. The principal threaten me and the school police don’t do anything because based on what the principal say, they are buddy buddy.. There’s no accountability for charter school. And for the board and the trustees they don’t care about these kids because if they did, why would you want kids to stay in the cold and rain when they can stand in a warm place that’s 50 feet away on the same stretch of the road.
So-called trustees and board they don’t care about these kids they let the principal and the superintendent do whatever the hell they want to these kids with no accountability as far as the secondary and education department they do nothing
I appreciate any advice you may have who else can I speak up to? I have went all the way up the chain. I file police report in the school police does nothing

Can you get your child back into a good public school? It sounds like charter schools are able to run by their own rules where you live. Not sure who is holding them accountable. Another idea is to ask your local school board for support. I’m sorry you have these difficulties with the charter schools, but I hope you can find support. Let me know how it goes.
